Update: Version 1.1


I have just updated Block, Dodge, Parry to version 1.1!

Changes and updates include:

  • A rewrite of the Initiative, Quick Turn, Full Turn system. It basically works the same as before, but is now hopefully explained a bit more clearly.
    • An optional addition involves clashes - determining who goes first when both parties attack each other with melee weapons. A weapon's properties (fast, normal, heavy, reach) are now taken into account.
    • Otherwise, the basic idea remains the same: some actions always go before others because they're quicker, and on a 'tie' with an enemy, make a DEX Save to see who goes first
  • Some clarification on blocking, dodging, and parrying.
  • All previously released bonus content is added to the appendices and referenced in relevant parts in the core text.
