Rootin', Tootin', Shootin'

I wrote a gunslinging-ruleset based on this critical piece of cowboy advice:

So get ready to be rootin', tootin', and BY GOD be shootin', but don't forget to be kind. Make sure to Yee the Haw Points (HP) of that other poor son-of-a-gun before you run out of yours, or else you'll find yourself Yee-ing your last Haw.
