Version 1 is live!

I already made 2 small changes; I added a version with A5 formatting, which should print nicely as a zine.

I also added the following excerpt:

By default, the Location, Details, Encounters and Events tables call for a d20 roll. This can create a lot of wild combinations, but also introduces the odds of finding ‘deeper’ entries quite early on. To create a somewhat more coherent experience, try using smaller dice, such as a d12 or d10. Do note: This puts way more emphasis on Depth, and will generally make delves longer!
